The team
As a corporate candidate civil-law notary, you will be part of the notarial team. The notarial team currently consists of two civil-law notaries, twenty lawyers, of which fourteen are candidate civil-law notaries, and six other lawyers. We would like to further expand the team with an experienced candidate civil-law notary, among others.
Our notarial practice offers a challenging and stimulating working environment for ambitious and driven candidate civil-law notaries. In addition, the notarial practice is structurally represented at our London office, which offers opportunities for staff to be seconded. We work for national and international clients and advise on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, financings, IPOs, exits, SPACS and De-SPACS, and the preparation of general meetings. We also advise on corporate governance issues and new laws and regulations.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of relevant work experience within notarial law. Your legal knowledge is excellent, you have excellent legal skills, are proactive, a team player, flexible and know how to convince. Furthermore, you are client-oriented, enterprising and willing to contribute to the further expansion of our notarial practice.
