Activities
As a Commercial Contracting Energy Lawyer you will specialise in drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating complex business agreements in relation to mergers and acquisitions (including controlled auctions), project development (including offshore and onshore wind farms, solar, pipelines, carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects, and LNG terminals), commercial contracts (such as sale and purchase agreements for electricity and gas, connection and transportation agreements, tolling agreements, gas swap agreements and throughput agreements), joint ventures, etc.
Our team
The energy team currently consists of four lawyers and an assistant, working together in a collaborative group in a pleasant atmosphere with an open culture.
You
You are a candidate with a completed WO education and at least 3 years of work experience as a lawyer within the energy and industry field. You are aware of your surroundings, have integrity and are tactful. You are pro-active, a team player, flexible and able to convince. You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing. You have good drafting skills and strong communication skills (Dutch and English).
